Meet Mark Herbert

Mark is considered a subject matter expert in the people space, specialising in the areas of Culture, Change Management/Leadership, Communications, Coaching and Leadership Capability.

Mark has more than 30 years experience in corporate life with the vast majority of this time spent in leadership roles responsible for teams up to 150 people. The last 10 years Mark has worked exclusively in the people space, primarily driving the HR and Change functions in financial services. His knowledge of the mechanics of business and financial performance combined with a focus on people enables him to both understand the  challenges the organisation faces and then develop and deliver pragmatic solutions.

Mark is passionate about people realising their potential and being the best version of themselves and has been a coach for more than 30 years. He is equally comfortable working with individuals, teams, departments or organisations on their current challenges. Believing leadership of people is a privilege not a right, Mark is passionate about the ongoing assessment and development of leadership capability to ensure a company's biggest asset 'It's People' are invested in and inspired every day.

Mark has worked with clients across a variety of industries providing both strategic and advisory services as well as development and delivery of both operational and strategic solutions across the people spectrum.
